You want to purchase a kitten?

I) You visit our website, on the “Available kittens” page, you will find a list of all kittens we have available at the moment. Use the contact form to let us know the kitten you are interested in. You can find the contact form by clicking on “contact us” on the website.

​

II) Once we receive your inquiry, an agent will contact you within 24 hours Max, to confirm that your kitten has been put on hold if you wish to purchase at a later date (seven days Max) or provide you with your kitten’s lifetime satisfaction guarantee and an invoice if you wish to purchase immediately.

​

I11) We will within 2 business days of receiving payment, confirm your order, process all required paperwork, have our licensed veterinarian perform a last-minute routine check-up on your kitten and we book the flight for a Monday, Wednesday or Friday (You may indicate which day suits you best).

​

IV) Once the flight is booked, we will provide you with the flight number, date and time of departure and arrival as well as all info you will require to pick up the kitten upon arrival.

​

V) Within 24 hours of takeoff, our staff will place a follow-up call to confirm that your pet arrived safely and that you have taken possession of your pet.

VI) Please, don’t forget to take your kitten to your vet.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available and the cost is $115 within the Continental U.S. and the World, We are happy to make all the flight arrangements and will ensure your Kitten has everything necessary to make the flight. Arrangements can also be made to meet you at the airport. *Shipping may be or may not be included in the Kitten's price.

We ship our kittens using airlines because it is the fastest & safest way to transport our kittens from our location to yours especially if you live far away or in another state. Our kittens are shipped in an airline-approved plastic pet kennel that we customize depending on the weight of the kitten, the distance or duration of the journey. They ride in a special climate-controlled & pressurized compartment on the plane which is no different from the cabin. They are not in the same compartment as the passenger luggage, They are flown in the Main Cabin.

OUR VISITATION POLICY

As a health measure and safety precaution for our Kittens and Moms, our home is not open to the general public for visits. If you have a confirmed reservation on an upcoming litter, you will have the opportunity to meet our parents (that live here) at our home when you pick up your kitten on pick-up day, when your Kitten is 11 weeks of age!

OUR GUARANTEE

Following international health standards, you are advised that within 10 days of receiving your maine coon kitten, we require you to take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the VET finds out within the first 10 days of purchasing the kitten that it is sick of an illness that has been contracted before the date of delivery, you should contact us immediately.

​

Our mainecoon kittens are 100% safe, secure and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride to say that our relationship with you doesn’t end once you take home a kitten from us.  However, some things are not always in our control because a goat’s health depends on many things like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care

 In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date, or if the kitten is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affects the health of the kitten, we’ll replace it with another kitten of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified VET technician and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.

Nothing makes us more happy than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our babies. We do constantly give you health advice to make sure your kitten remains healthy. Here are a couple of measures which will help: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your kitten. The examination must be carried out by a licensed VET. Your kitten comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the kitten again.

Exceptions to this Guarantee

​

Failure to provide your kitten with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee. 

We require all our kittens to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our kittens. This report certifies the health condition for every kitten against Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal diseases.

This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the kitten to you so that you are assured that the kitten’s health is guaranteed. This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the kitten then he/she will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the kitten. Thanks for your cooperation.
